Michelle (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) is running from her current relationship when she’s involved in a car accident. She wakes up to find she’s being held in an underground bunker by conspiracy-weary Howard (John Goodman) and she can’t leave. Soon tensions reach a breaking point and Michelle has to find a way to escape.
