Welcome back Jean Claude Van Damme! He stars as an American war hero killed in battle who is brought back to life in an attempt to make a group of super soldiers. But he goes rogue (kind of like in Short Circuit!), meets up with a friendly woman (just like in Short Circuit!), and they try to evade the military (just like Short Circuit!).
