The Horsemen have been in hiding but when they are kidnapped by a businessman in China (Walter), they are forced to steal a new microchip that will allow him to control every computer in the world. But there’s more beneath the surface as Walter is working with an old Horsemen foe. But The Horsemen have The Eye on their side and prepare to come out of hiding and reveal Walter’s secret to the world.
