2016 RetroSPOOKtive 3 – Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare

In 1991, Freddy Kruger had lost his scare-factor. New Line Cinema decided to put the final nail in the Kruger coffin with Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare. Nirvana joins the Crew as we look at what was, at the time, the final Nightmare on Elm Street movie. Freddy is seeking out his only child to take over his after-life’s work and it’s up to a group of troubled teens to stop him. Throw in some early 90s references and you have what is, at the very least, a very unique Freddy movie.
