We’ve sensed it and saw the signs but now we’re experiencing The Happening. M. Night Shamalayalamadamadingdong makes his Or Is It? debut with the 2008 horror . . . no, thriller . . . no, oh I got it . . . with the 2008 movie starring Mark Whalberg. Plants are out for human destruction and it’s up to Whalberg and Zooey Deschanel to either stop them or just wander the countryside until it’s over. But then again, what do you expect from someone whose first name is a single letter?
