When the military weapons he creates are misused, he quits the military and takes the fight to the streets as a steel covered vigilante. He, his wheelchair’d love interest and his old but tenacious scrapyard owner friend team up to take down a man who is using stand-up video arcade cabinets to smuggle weapons of mass destruction. Yep.
